The scope of services can include the full complement of the listed services or a specific task to fit the client’s project requirements. If required by the project’s scope and with the client’s approval, other design professionals can be retained to assist in the development of the project’s program and design documents.

Site Evaluation
The analysis and recording of the site’s physical and locational characteristics and design opportunities.

Master Plans
The development of a comprehensive design program by synthesizing client requirements and program with the site’s physical design opportunities.

Landscape Design
The preparation of plans and drawings describing the location, character and materials of the specific landscape design program.

Construction Drawings
The preparation of drawings delineating the design typically includes site preparation, layout, grading, utilities, planting, irrigation and construction details.

Construction Specifications
The preparation of a written document that describes the requirements and quality of the project’s construction.

Cost Analysis
Opinions of probable construction costs are typically prepared in conjunction with the Master Plan, Landscape Design and/or Construction Document.

Project Management
The supervision of all phases of the construction process from inception through the final stages of completion. Maintains regular communications and relations with clients, contractors, vendors, and project team members.
